Billing and licensing

The app is distributed, licensed, and billed entirely through the Atlassian Marketplace — no separate contract or invoice. See the Marketplace pricing page for estimated costs.

User access

Any user with Jira access automatically gets Starhive access through the app — no separate provisioning step. Users sign in with their existing Atlassian account via SSO; there are no Starhive-specific usernames or passwords, and your organization's existing identity controls (SSO, two-step verification, password policies) apply automatically.

Starhive stores the Atlassian account ID, display name, and email address for attribution and permissions — never credentials.
